As a recent graduate from the University of Georgia with a new bustling career, I was fortunate to be in a position to buy my first home in the Atlanta Lenox Square area.  This area is a prime location that is ideal for my work which requires me to work in areas east and south of the city.  I started my house search and was overwhelmed by the choices and the process of finding a suitable home.  A friend at work recommended I partner with Chrishena Stanley.  I met with Chrishena and she invested a significant amount of time with me asking questions about what my requirements were.  After a few days of research, Chrishena contacted me and detailed several homes on the market that met my criteria.  We visited several homes, however, none of the homes were the “one”! Our Home Buying Experience with Chrishena began almost a year and a half ago. Being a first time home buyer is a daunting task and condos are even more so with their HOA rules Chrishena was very helpful and patient in obtaining me answers no matter how exasperating they were or silly some of them might seem in retrospect, she was always reachable and courteous. When you first meet Chrishena you will obviously notice an ABUNDANCE of energy and personality. However as you look at condos, you will notice she is known and respected by everyone you come in contact with. Her customer base is huge, and everyone still loves her. The concierges go out of their way to help her. She can get things done that nobody can. On my first condo back in 1/2012, I came in as a country boy walking into the city. I had NO idea of what I wanted. We looked at seemingly every building in Atlanta. Chrishena was extremely patient. The developer did everything in his power to NOT sell me a condo. Chrishena’s patience prevailed and finally the purchase went through. My decision was largely based on what she would guarantee me to get for my old condo. This amount was more than I thought achievable.
